Real Estate Investing - A Real Work From Home Opportunity

With the current state of the economy it’s hard to miss the many full page ads in the local papers for the latest “get-rich-quick” scheme. I only use the word “scheme” because it really seems to me that the only purpose behind many of the Work From Home seminars is a scheme to get your money.
The basic idea, whether it is eBay, online stores, estate sales, real estate, auctions, or whatever is often sound. But once you buy the product or course, customer support seems to be totally lacking.
One currently popular seminar theme is Foreclosure Investing. This has always been a good work from home opportunity and will only get better in the near future because of the state of the home and mortgage industries. I don’t think the foreclosure rate has begun to max out yet. There are so many thousands of homeowners who will be unable to deal with increasing mortgage payments over the next two years that the situation will get much worse before it improves any. And that can mean big money for you.
Even in good economic times, foreclosure investing is a good opportunity to make BIG money in a short period of time. Many people shy away from it for the wrong reason. When you look at a house you may immediately think, “Wow! I can’t get by now. How on earth could I ever afford to buy another house?”.The answer is simple. You really, really don’t need much, if any money to start investing in real estate. It is usually done with other people’s money and other people’s credit. Don’t let lack of a lot of cash or a less than perfect credit history turn you away from thinking “real estate” if you are thinking of starting any type of work from home business.
Take a look at my pre-foreclosure post on NoQualifyingNoCredit.com to get a little better feel of the potential of this business opportunity. There are many good, affordable books and course to get to you started earning a living from home with real estate. Just don’t let yourself be taken in by a fast talking seminar pitchman/pitchwoman.
